Temp that I should be pressing at and lenghth of time . I think I've got the when part figured out . Harvest , let it dry a couple of weeks and the press . :biggrin:

Like @derek420colorado was saying, 250 is a good starting point. Personally, I'm finding my preferred temp is around 275, but I've done presses at 200-250 at 250-300 and just prefer the little higher temp. Lower temps tend to give a little goopier, sappier type oil, but they say you'll get a little higher yield (haven't done weight tests to confirm this, myself). Higher tends to give a little more shatter like product in my experience. I find the shatter easier to work with and get off the parchment, so that's a big part of why I prefer it higher.

As far as time I'll usually go about a 9-12Mississippi count. Too much background noise in my place with my old ears to hear the sizzle. :jointman:
