Took a winter Alaska road trip yesterday, to pick up our neighbors at the airstrip down the island. 120 miles, first 40 miles at our end gravel road through spruce-cedar-hemlock forest....

I was a little intimidating not knowing how much snow there would be up in the hills. Only saw two other vehicles till we were almost to town.

Thank you to my cheerleaders that have been following along on the progresss of my paper. I just had my professor look it over before I turn it in electronically. She stated I didn't have to do anything to it for my A grade on the paper & the class. Here's to stoners rocking 4.0 GPAs!

Same plant 1rst around 4:00 am second picture 2:45 pm and the light is about 8" above .I don't understand why the leaves appear to be reaching for the light .

Transpiration maybe? Idk... She sure does look happy though!!
