There's a lot of different options out there, so price covers a large range. The 6 ton I'm using if memory serves right ran around 600. You can get into it a little with the small, compact style presses or even the hair straightener route for under a hundred, all the way up to three grand or more for the high end pneumatic presses. I run pretty much all my flower through it because I prefer dab'n oil to smoking flower these days. Return depends largely on the quality of bud going in. I haven't weighed the in and out for a while to test, but when I did check last I'd get about 0.1g of oil out of 1.0g of flower in, or around 10% on average when using my higher quality flower. Saw a video review on it on yt, it can get kinda scary with the hot metal surfaces surrounded by plastic.
