I am getting ready to move into my new pad within the next week. I want to continue to gorw. The apartment is rather small, but it does have a huge walk in tent. I have more then enough room for a 2 by 4 tent. The only major issue I will have is the smell. Would it be wise to build a box for the exhausted air coming out of the tent going into a sealed box that will have a inline fan and another filter? Like I said I want to continue to grow. Not for financial gain but for personal use. Any know how and or experience would be very much appreciated. Thanks. :toke: :peace:

You need a carbon filter. Either attach it to your exhaust and filter all your exhaust air. Or you can put a fan right on the filter and have it circulate/"scrub" the air inside of the tent. This is less effective and you need a stronger fan. Carbon filters can be pretty small and only need to be replaced every couple years. Amazingly cheap for the protection they provide.

I know I need one for the air being pulled out of the tent. I was wanting to add a second filter. Thanks for the input. I think I know what I'm going to do instead of the box deal. :peace:

i think you should only need the one carbon filter mate try and get the rhino filter, those ones seem to be the one that everyone uses

Thanks mate. I will for sure try it. As long as I can't smell it outside of the apartment. I should be all right. Again thanks. :peace:

I have a 3x3 tent in my apartment. Luckily i live on the top (2nd floor) so my apartment has a small attic access. I run 1 4inch fan pulling THROUGH a carbon filter that exits into the roof space. No smell in the apartment, no smell outside. Its a passive intake, so i have no fan blowing into the tent, its just negative suction through some tubing to eliminate a light leak. I keep the room the tent is in under lock and key though. ive had parents, guests, and in laws over with no smells at all. Unless i open the tent and "break the airflow seal" you dont smell anything even right next to my tent.

It sucks cause I'm going to be living on the first floor. I don't think I'm going to do it. To much risk in my eye's. I'll get something going on.

As bad as I want to continue on with another session. I really thinks it's for the best just to wait it out until next summer and or find a better place. :( Some good news though. Me and my friends 7 'think different' ladies are almost done. Got roughly 2more weeks. Almost 100 days, but totally worth the wait. The picture I have posted is the ladies at 11 weeks. Enjoy!!!View attachment 124487:booya::dance::D :peace:
