New Grower Anyone try scrogging autoflowers?

I just bought a scrog net for my 3x3 tent. I've never scrogged before and would like to try. I have some questions about a few things. The only info I could find was on photoperiods. Do I need to lst the plants first? Do I let them grow through the screen then bend down or bend under the screen? Are 4 plants in 4 gallon containers going to be possible to scrog in a 3x3? Should I top the plants and about how high should the screen be? My plants grew into my light this time and I was hoping the scrog would help and also eliminate all my popcorn and fluff down low.

Yeah. I've successfully done traditional scrogs, and round robin scrogs. Hundreds of autos.

I recommend mephisto for this.

Yes, you can scrog autos. I have done it in a journal here. I topped at the fourth node and tuck tuck tuck until the plants are well into bloom. You have to let the plant get long enough to tuck. It worked well and I will use the method again when I grow autos in the fall.

I sped thru that journal looking for something but didn't see it. Do you top your plants to make them easier to scrog? Wouldn't topping make it easier to scrog where you don't have a dominant main cola?

Yes as I stated in the first post I topped at the 4th node.

You are welcome Mac, I am still pressing rosin from that grow. The Blue Dream rips me a new one. The ANQ is mild compared to the BD and is good for daytime.
