Hey guys just seeing some deficiencies happening and was wondering what everyone may think it is? Using 707 roots organic soil, water is 170ppm from tap, ph 6.0-6.1 always. Only nutes i use is roots nitro bat guano (veg) dr earth veg, worm castings and wallace microhyzzae. Reminds me of if you were to drip a couple drops of water onto a water color painting.... Ive never seen this before.

Not sure. Can you turn off those colored lights and take another pic. Sunlight from a window for your picks is best. Check out this chart. Are you sure you want to stay so rigid on your PH?

I am not sure... No? lol i usually stay 5.8-6.1 ph for water but i guess if we are talking soil ph, i am not sure what that is right now, will do run off test tonight and check back in. As well as taking some new pics with different lighting.

You might try raising your water PH. I was 5.8-6.2 at 1st. My plants seemed to suffer. When I went up with my PH they picked up speed fast. I use a fair amount of other inputs. I give them Aloe (meat in blender with water to put it into solution) I use aloe by itself as it tends to grab humic and fulvic acids and clumps them out of solution. If you get some silica make sure it is mono not poly. Poly takes forever to be plant available as I understand it. Humic and Fulvic acids. I have a worm farm and the worm liche is great for teas....
Yucca plant is great same process as aloe...
Sometimes just clean water every 3rd watering it so. When I water only I go heavy. When I water heavy I set them on large folded towels to pull out excess water from the bottoms. Never heavy with anything. always 1/2 or 1/4 recommend dosage as my meat and potatoes is dry organics.

Any chance we can get pics in natural light? I can't tell what color those blotches are..

When it began the color waa different shades of green. Now its, obviously, a yellow

Much better! Thank you! Looks like a classic calcium issue. It's hard to say whether this is due to a nutrient lock out caused by too much nutrient in the soil.. or just a calcium deficiency. Based on the soil you're using and the feeding you described, Im leaning towards lock out due to an excess of nutrients. 707 should be good on its own for weeks... If you've added all that stuff you listed, then it's likely a lock out. I would make a foliar spray out using a tbs of Epsom salt (awesome calcium source) in a gallon of water and spray the plant down. I'd also check the ppms of the run off to make sure they are still in range.

No, epsom salt is magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, likely with some small amount of calcium if from natural mineral source. But if it's food/drug grade, it will have been puriified/crystallized and have no calcium.
True.. But where there's magnesium sulfate, there is a correlation to calcium, even trace amounts. The mag encourages the calcium uptake. If it were going into the soil, I would definitely agree to your point. It could cause an imbalance.. But as a foliar, it helps with calcium def. Im sure there are actual pure calcium sources that can be bought online, but I was just thinking organic, cheap, and accessible.

Im not sure if it matters much but i have only just added the nutes i listed at week 3. Too soon still ya think? I havent added a lick of cal mg, just balancing the water ph. Ppm is consistantly about 175. But i guess who knows how much of that ppm is calcium.
