Hello again guys. This will probably be my last soil grow before I finally make the change to hydroponics and LED :)

This is just a simple practice grow to make sure my growing skills are up to par before I change mediums. Nothing special, just wanna see how much I can get from 1 big plant :)

Carbon filter: Rhino pro carbon filter
Extraction fan: 100mm RVK fan

Nutrients: Biobizz grow, Biobizz flower, Biobizz Topmax, Formulex, Biobizz Root juice, CalMag supplement, Dr Hornby's Big Bud (Advanced Nutrients), Advanced Nutrients Overdrive

Hey billy,

I can see now why you keep growing the TD's , she is a great smoke, everytime I light up, it is just such a warm fuzzy feeling that goes on and on, great high!! and good luck on this one, are you thinking DWC for the next one?? If not what kind of hydro will you run?

Cheers

Hey Insert :)

Yeah DWC. The main reason I grow TD's is because of how much they produce. If I know I can get a big harvest off a plant, then my growing skills are good and that's what I'm aiming for :) TD is for me the best way to demonstrate my growing abilities.

Little update, nothing special. Onto propagation stage now, the seed sank in the water so it should crack it's casing in a day hopefully :)

I'm looking forward to watching you grow... Great strain, good nutrient range....

Happy gardening

Mr Jorilla ganjamoto.

Day 1 update

Surprisingly, I had my first dud seed. It didn't make it through propagation :( Thankfully I had another. That one has propagated and now germinated too :) I would post pictures but there's nothing to show yet really, it's only just come up through the soil.
I'll call today day 1.

Day 22 update

Sorry for the long, long lapse between this and the last update :) I haven't really had anything to report to be honest!
Everything's going brilliantly. It was off to a little bit of a slow start, but now it's growing perfectly. Check it out!

I've had to cut the CO2 enrichment off for the time being, the weather is too hot for it to be effective. The temperatures in the tent with CO2 enrichment and no extraction reach a peak of approximately 115°F, with daily averages of 100°F. Too hot!

Hi Billy glad you're back... The girl is looking good so far...

As far as I'm aware for CO2 enrichment to be effective you need a temperature of 90F + with optimum light levels... An increased level of CO2 may also help prevent plants stretching too much with the high temperatures...

Keep up the good work

Mr Jorilla ganjamoto.

hey billy, looking like a good start and hopefully the temperatures have settled down a little bit for you as well. I have a good feeling that this one will go well, keep it simple, give her plenty of light and avoid the temptation to over-feed/over-water and you should be good!

all the best with it bro
