Thanks! I'm now looking hard at their SP 3000 LED bar. Looks pretty amazing for the money, and I even save a few bucks with the AFN discount. I'd pull the trigger on the HLG right now if the assembled ones were in stock. But for my initial 2 or 3 plant grow, that bar and my old TS 600 & blurple should be plenty, and I can always add another.
 
@MarshydroTina, are there significant differences between the TS 3000 and the SP 3000 other than form factor? Are the diodes/spectra similar?

I'm setting up a 4x4 with autopots (just 2 or 3 to start with, will likely add a 4th pot down the line). I'm primarily interested in at least getting quality 2x4 coverage for the first grow, and I can supplement with a TS 600 I already have if needed. The biggest difference I see looking at specs is the SP 3000 has 1.8 g/w yield, while the TS 3000 is 2.4. Is my decision that simple, if I'm seriously considering the TS 3000?

The TS3000 uses epi leds while the SP3000 uses samsung diodes. The ts3000 gets you more light at less efficiency, 450w compared to the sp3000's 300w. I don't see the PPF for the sp3000, so it's hard to compare the actual light output of the two.

The sp3000 could also be run diagonally across the space with the ts600 supplementing a weak corner.

Now the FC series looks pretty great too. The FC3000 is better suited to that size space and is comparable in price. Less overall light than the ts3000 450w still, but better spread and much better efficiency at only 300w.

If you've got a little more budget the FC4800 is what I'd go with. 30% more light output than the ts3000 for just 30 more watts than the ts3000.
 
I got antsy and pulled the trigger on the SP 3000 last night. Not regretting it! I like the diagonal idea. I also ordered a third autopot so I’ll just supplement with the 600 where needed.

I think you will be very happy with the SP-3000! MarsHydro @MarshydroTina have really stepped up their game and the SP-3000
looks like a great light.
