I want to know the easiest basics on how to look for when to start flushing. Hair color etc. Is my plant not ready. Does it still need to fatten. Is it straight back to ph water or do I slowly reduce my flower feed. Any simple info would be great. I'll enter at the shallow end Haha..
Any help would be awesome. Will post more pics tomorrow

Flushing is for correcting issues at the root zone that can't be fixed otherwise or at the end of harvest for high concentrations of fertilizer. At least that is my understanding.

What is your fertilizer concentration?

There is a lot of controversy over if flushing is beneficial or not. I wont even get into my thoughts on it in this thread because there is just way to much for you to consider to summarize all in one post. I think there is a big post in the "myth busters" section on AFN and simply googling will give you a lot of results as well. Keep in mind every one grows with different soils and nutes when you consider their advice.

What I can offer you is a little advice as to "when" if that is the route you decide to take. If you look at the pistols in the pic you posted you will notice they are all white and standing strait out. You are still pretty early into the flowering stage. I would guess almost 4 weeks out from being ready. When about 80% of those pistols turn brown and start to shrivel I usually guesstimate around 2 weeks left. There are other signs to narrow it down more, I just find for me, looking at pistols is the easiest. You can also get an idea from the leaves starting to yellow out and from looking at the trichomes under magnification. So now that you have more of an understanding on when your plants will be ready , you can start looking at how long before harvest you want to start flushing if you so choose.

(edit) I also think the "when" is really subjective. I think it would be better to say how many waterings. If you think about it , if you water once a day and decide to start flusing 2 weeks out, thats 14 times you would flush. But if you only water once a week that would be 2 total flushings. When I grow in peat I water once a week, in coco I water 3 times a week.

I can tell you though, by the looks of those pistils, you are weeks away from even making a flushing decision. It is a controversial topic, but you have time to research it. Good luck, man!

Thanks guys. I'll keep feading away and keep you updated on what the plant does. What do people think about ph ing the flush water.

Sounds good, man. And yes, you should ph the flush, if you plan on flushing.
