you need to move small ones to a area and lower those t5s down to a couple inches from tops of young ones i believe.probable hard to do whit all those lights because each needs differant clearances from plants---

yea your right. Does anyone think those are drastically small for day 15? will i be ok?

As I said, they are a little small but not drastically. I suspect your lights are too far away but with knowing how far the are above the seedlings I can't say for sure.

for that size and age do you think they can handle nutes? They are in fox farm ocean forest soil already. I was thinkin about giving them 4ml bontanicare pure blend pro

OF has plenty of nutes in it for the first 3-4 weeks. Matter of fact, straight OF is often too hot for seedlings. Most who use it to start seeds mix it 50/50 with Happy Frog. There's a good possibility if you feed them more now you may over feed and cause other problems.

Do you really need that hurricane strength wind blowin on them little ones like that....one little plant is bending away from the fan.
As for the OF and nutes, take Muddy's advice.

And your plants look fine for 15 days, soon they will show sex and skyrocket.
