Already topped plant

I have a 2week old seedling and tonite when feeding her i noticed that she has 2 main shoots and 2 side shoots and has more growth than the others the same age,

Brilliant that she was born topped,
is it a wise idea to top the 2 main shoots and if so when's the best time to do it,
