Started flowering about 40 days ago, never seen a plant flower that fast. Side buds have a little bit to go. What’s the rule of thumb on finished product?
Never grew autos before.
When I grew for money I counted 65 days on photos and chopped it down. Sometimes things could have gone longer for sure.
Any advice would help

Get a scope check the tricromes. 10percent amber is a good rule of thumb most people aim for. And most of the pistols are red and a good fade. And even if its not taking up as much water as well.

:yeahthat:
Do you have any idea of the cultivar you are growing? Usually the breeder will list an approx. timeline for growing from seed to harvest.
Looking at your pictures and the time since flowering I would say she's almost ready as most auto's go around 70-80 days. But knowing the cultivars gives you a better understanding.

Oh, and :welcome: to AFN buddy :toke:

How's she drinking? If she is still sucking up the water let her go another week or so.
Soon as she stops drinking so much she's near on ready.
Along with checking the tricombs water up take is another sign of finishing.

Rule of thumb if you think she's ready let her go another week.
