Main features are predominantly disaster based , , but really glad youve subbed up ,holla out any time and put me right, open house , just a shot of how the tent is looking this week , took about 5 girls down this week, and planted loads, at moment thier about 5 mephisto girls either up or in ground,

What ya think of the tower air pots , they a bitch to water but just seeing if I can get a girl growing in that space , got another 1ltr pot that I going to transplant into a 6ltr that I've adjusted to 3 litre ,lol it gives me something to do , don't worry

Yea that's it , oh I dropped 4 more , I sure I can fit some more on a wall in pop bottles,

Thanks man! You're not going to believe this but I swear I contemplated doing what you've already done! Lol! I love it when I see people bring to life ideas I was thinking about. It's validating and makes me think, I'm not so crazy after all!
I always thought the only down side to airpots for autos was they lacked a long narrow style pot in the smaller sizes. I also thought I'd have to weld, or melt, or glue two together to accomplish your tower setup. Didn't know how I was going to do it, got lazy and never put it in play. I'm very excited to see you're actually doing it! How did you get them to stay together?
They can be a pain to water but I found the key to watering them is to pack in the soil or coco. Use your fist to really mash it in there and wet it a little so you can pack it in on the sides like you're making a sandcastle. Then make a small bowl around the stem. As you water it will naturally make an indent into the soil or coco, making it easier for the water to settle down. I water in a circular motion. I pour slow, and I tend to use a plastic party cup to water so I'm not overwatering and not overflowing the pot. Water rarely runs out the holes but if it does it's negligible. The pots are really great and I'm looking forward to seeing how you bang it out with the towers! Props and rep for the idea!

Seriously I got the idea from reading that's post you made , you put everything i had been thinking about the pots into words, well I had already been thinking about sticking 2 together ,but it was you mentioning cells that gave the spark for this, anyways ille post a couple pic in a while, but basically they just a 12ltr airpot wrapped together wrong way and wired up and the ends straightened off, I reckon they holding 4litre ,I cut a piece for bottoms as well, but the diametere is same as the 1 litre , it could be wider if truth be told, but if you don't try and all that, I already know ille cut them in half next time,lol but will stick with them to see what happens, strong possibilities for vegging a photo perhaps?

I got a couple other things I trying as well, I just dropped 4 in pop bottles , I modiifed 3 at the end with the bits I cut off making the tower pots lol

@archie gemmill , we are not alone the guy who does biotabs uses 50%50, he has a grow up in his section , he nailed it , you ever thought using them? I think I might have a dabble at some point
I read a new growers thread , he is staring a groiw in a fridge, I thought I can't do that , but I can use the bottle shelf ,lol, pic coming,

and the pop bottles, fills a space that's a bad pic but bthey strapped to a fridge bottle shelf which is hanging on wall

my first grow i couldnt get perlight so thought vermiculight would do.nono waterlogged pots.but have just started using it again small %.im thinking on having a summer soil and a winter soil,summer has vermiculight winter dont.
3 deep,could that get very unsteady when theres a big plant in it ? nice touch with the rack.
havnt really thought about trying any other sort of nutes,i still havnt figured biobizz out after 4 years.if i get any lazier in the growing i may forget i have a grow on in a cupboard.the tabs do seem to work from what ive read,and quite a few are using them.

It's hard to say , depends how much you want to love them, I seen people get decent amounts, small amounts and amazing amounts , but they loved them long time, those are my first ones, they got fed left overs , they needed watering more , so many variables when you run a small bottle like that, how I try to think about it is,,it's a space I wasn't using,,,,anything I get in return is a blessing, but let's see how they go , now i know ya interested I give them a bit more love , let's see what they bring

I don't want to start a pop bottle revolution lol ,but you can get a real decent smoke out of very little , even using them to sample strains , to see how they grow, there effects, etc, a pop bottle might save you spending 8 weeks growing something you don't like, and its fun, just ask if ya got any questions ille try and answer, if not archies here

Hhmmm, may have to try that or just plant a bunch of 1L pots. Got a lot of seeds sitting around so I'm going to steal your idea and fill up some space. Never thought of using run off water so I'm def doing that technique instead of vacuuming it up.
