New Grower Algae problems Help!

Hey guys!

I just got a brown algae problem( I think). Its slime in the res and the roots are somewhat discolored.
I got 5 plants in 20 liter reservoirs
1 charles austen ET30 airpump 30 litres/min
1 hailea flat airstone 6" (150 mm) in each res
silicon airline tubing

the res temps are on the high side of 22-23 C
what I can see the light does not hit the inside of the res so thats not the problem

What can I do to fix this problem and what can I do to prevent it in the future? ( compost tea?)

btw do you guys think 30 litres/ minute is enough for 5 20 litre buckets?
