Alaska has a problem with alcohol related crimes.At least eighty to eighty five percent of crimes are related to alcohol.Maybe with a higher user rate with weed it might cut down on booze related crimes and this would be a very good thing.It might take a while for this to happen but I hope it does.:key:

Thank you very much! Not sure what you mean by "New Member's Guide" though. I did look around on the site trying to find a "how to" on starting journals, posting pictures, etc, but didn't find it. If there isn't a "how to," it would be nice to have one, and if there is one, it would be nice to know where it is.

First, let me say WELCOME!!! You will want to start your thread in the New Growers Forum. As for pics, you MUST make an album 1st (go to your profile on the left hand side), then, to you MUST go to the Go Advanced tab at the bottom of the text box, then go to manage attachments, add pics, upload, then attach. Took me forever to figure it out too. May your grow be AWESOME!!!! :thumbs:

Hey SlinkyKat, again, thanks very much for this. I just figured out my new digital camera, and took some pics, and have them on my computer. My next step is to follow your directions to start my grow journal and download pics. So... is there anywhere on the site that explains for new folk how to navigate and operate the functions on this site? Thanks again!

Interesting theory, namvet. Lots of alcohol-related violence here, although I don't know how we compare to other states. We're unique, with small isolated villages and weather and darkness that leaves folk with cabin fever. Alcohol, dark winters and cabin fever drive us all a little crazy here. Not sure if increased weed consumption would change that for the better....but I don't see high people beating on others, just drunk people mostly. So your theory is worth testing

Here's my 22 day old girl. Lowryder 2 under 90W LED UFO, in grow tent. My second grow ever. I may have stunted her growth with the light too close when she was just out of the soil, but we'll see how she stretches. I think she's pretty! So, what you you all think?
