Grow Mediums AKsteel's First DWC, Mephisto Mystery Seed

Ok folks. Here we go. This will be my first attempt at DWC, I have been growing in promix since I started so I figured to try something different. Of course seeing all the sexy DWC journals how could I not give it a try. So here is the plan. I am going to build two 5 gallon DWC buckets and use a 6" net pot lid. I will only be growing one plant, but will use the other bucket for res changes. So, when I switch out the res, which I plan on doing weekly, all I will do is mix the new res and move the plant from one to the other and plug in the air. Trying to make it as easy for Mrs.Steel as possible since she has to take care of the plants while I am away at work. So here are the basics.

DIY DWC buckets x2
Gorilla 2'x2.5'x7' tent
Mars-Hydro Mars II 400w LED
Full Advanced Nutrient PH Perfect nutrients
PH pen
PPM pen
Small fan x1
Hurricane inline fan w/phresh filter
Seed= Mephisto seed from a mix pack, so its a mystery

I was originally going to go with a 2fast2vast seed but the germination was going slow. So I went to my seed stash and started going through it and I found this pack of seed that said "Mephisto Auto Elite Mix". I didn't even know I had any Mephisto seeds so of course I just had to drop one in a root riot cube. It was like the canna gods just wanted me to run some Mephisto gear. You know you have a seed collecting problem when you don't remember what you have waiting to be grown.
I will post some pics of the buckets when I get a chance.

looking good man subbed for this just trying dwc myself got a great tip off loopy looper for when the temps get a bit high he told me to get sm 90 and cannazyme apparently doesn't give root rot a chance to get established (in higher temps) also you might want to cover your buckets in some reflective material I used double sided silver insulation stops the black buckets absorbing heat oh and for the bucket build
