New Grower [AK48] 5 days seedling with young leaves malformation (wrinkled) and first real leaves with holes

I've noticed that some perlites are getting green and appeared some weird black spots on the peat. As is my first with soilless growing I think I over watered the soilless substrate in the beginning. I watered the substrate until runoff twice before planting the seeds and after 12 days it still wet.

PS.: I've watered only once.

Bit leggy and falling over.

...ahhh, better pics, clearer cause,... you have a mutation in the leaves, that color break and the crinkles,... Some do OK, others not so much, best you can do is just let her run for now and see if her vigor is up to par,... if she lags, stunts out, might be a waste of time to force a finish on her,... give it a week!
