Indoor Ak 47 autoflower. Grow

I successfully germed 2 AK 47 autoflowers I got from www.marijuana-seeds.nl. I soaked for 24 hours in warm water then planted them straight in light warrior that was 3 days ago and today they finally poked there heads out. Right now I'm using 2 23 watt cfl at 6500k then once they get bigger I have 2 65 6500k watt cfl and a couple 23 watt both 2700k and 6500k ill be using in Veg and for flowering I might be getting a 150 watt hps but if I don't get the hps Ill just go with some 2700k cfl as for Nutes I have the fox farms tri pack bit won't start till about 14 days

My plan is to use the Tier method right now there in 20 oz cups can I go in these all the way till sex before
I start to tier?? I'm gonna be using light warrior and ffof

Im also growing ak 47 with cream caramel.Im having a little trouble germing the ak. One never broke soil so i started a knew one in water than in paper towels under a desk lamp for warmth but it still hasn;t popped. Iput one more in water this mourning for backup and she sunk already ,tomorow in pt.My cc girls are on there second true leaves so my aks half to catch up.Good luck on your grow and i will be watching.

The soil you are using is a bit hot for starting auto seeds in, it may be why things are taking a bit longer to happen.

I would try to transplant around 2 weeks and no later, sex should be showing soon if not already by this point.... By the time sex does show the taproot has probably started to circle the pot so it is a good time to free the roots of their bindings, otherwise they may stunt into little small yielding plants... Basically if you aren't very familiar with the growth cycle of autos (especially root growth), it is best to start your seeds in the container they will spend their whole lives in, so the roots can form uninterrupted...

namvet. I too had problems a few months ago with 47. Germed two and they never sprouted. I may have planted too deep. Only had the two seeds and was disappointed. I suggest allowing enough time for a good taproot and then not planting too deep like I did. The way you are germing will produce a long root for sure--just keep an eye on it after 12 hours in the paper towel (root likes to stick to towel when it gets long). Good luck.

Thanks Alan.I do have one ak thats starting its second set of true leaves.This seed popped right away, but the other two are being stubborn,so ill just wait and see and if nthe one dosen't pope after three or four days i think its a dud and will go to my backup. Thanks for the come back.

Surffreak23. Right now there just in Light warrior do you think that's still to hot for autos

I dont think lw is too hot.I beleve most soils that have added nutes are fine for seeding . Most of the added nutes are so minimal that they shouldnt have any affect on seeds or seedlings.I just used mir gro seed starting mix with no problems at all.

dlshu3554 I HAVE TWO 47'S ON DAY 17 AND THEY TOOK 6 DAYS TO GERM AND SHOW ABOVE THE SOIL NOW THERES NO STOPPING THEM!
