things like chilli and ginger added into the diet if you can tollerate them..
Vitamin C tablets 1,000 mg..until you crap...and keep it up to that level..
and Acetyl-l-carnitine lipoic acid tablets if you can afford them..

and eat as Vegitarian as you can..
if you can't keep off meat resitrict it to low protien as in fish and chicken..
Double the veg weight of protien
and keep as warm as you can bear..save the body having to divert its strength to keeping you warm..
