This project just gets more interesting every day. I spoke with one of my fellow's whos being growing few years now and he suggested to me that he could focus for growing male plants for this breeding project. So this is our agreement I'm focusing to find best females and hes going to find best males.

How can i determine a plant with two dominant genes (homozygous dominant) from a plant with two different genes (heterozygous) from a plant with two recessive genes (homozygous recessive)?

Good question! Mendel had the SAME EXACT question back in his day, so your brain is definitely on the right track. What you are trying to figure out is if your plant is true breeding for a particular trait. True breeding is either homozygous dominant or recessive because the heterozygote can pass on two separate phenotypes while the homozygotes can only pass on one. So how do you check this? Several methods with cannabis. The best (even though it only works on photoperiod plants) is to clone the mother, turn the clone into a hermaphrodite, and pollinate the mother.

I found Ripster's auto Mazar grow journal and he has successfully cloned auto. So would it be possible to self pollinate auto? That would solve this problem.

Took a sample from one of my F1's. Somehow it feels stronger than it's parrents even tough it's only 45 d from the photoperiod change. 18/6 to 12/12.

Thanks Coldharbour. I'm not a much of a photographer but its nice to have some pics.
1# and 2# are the names I gave these girls just for the pics. 1# yielded more than 2#,3#,4# combined and the resin production was better to.
So I think I'll continue with 1#s cuttings and hope to find a good male from F1 seeds to pollinate it. If I cant get male pollen i'll have to use cs for selfing, but I'm not sure what will the result be in that case. Might self some clones any way just for experiment.

Did you polinate withh purple mazar auto?

Yes. I used flash seeds purple mazar auto male to pollinate outdoor afghan females.
Plant 1# resemble most the afghan mother just stretched more in flowering and shoved some purple in the end just before harvest.
