New Grower afghan kush ryder slow germ

Im using wet towel method and heating mat,always had sucess with this germ technic. But the afghan kush ryder have not germed yet,its now 4 days. I sanded it along the side where it usally opens,hope this helps as its the only afghan kr seed i have. Do you guys have other methods for slow seeds?

...and 3-4 hours later after sanding it,it finally germed:dance2: my presoius single AKR seed. I love this smoke! :dance: Now im happy,and into soil it goes
