hey man I was thinking about your ladies today when I was in my garden and I was pondering what looked like some yellowing like yours on one of my plants, reminded me of your issue you had. I tested runoff today on one plant and it was super low pH compared to the others (this one runoff was 5.3 compared to 6.3 with the other plants) so maybe I was locking out nutes that way? Did you ever test pH going in and/or pH going out to see what it was? Do you have a soil pH tester?

hi dude i'l head to your thread in a sec bro , see how yours are doing. I know the ph of the water that comes out of my tap is bang on nuetral at 6.7 , as it was tested when i borrowed a ph tester from work, never tested the runoff. This could very well be part of the problem i'm having with my smaller afghan., thanks for the heads up!

by the leaves changing, and the "rust" spots, it looks to def be a cal mag deficiency. I follow Dr Autoflower close, and from hat he says, auto's "love" cal mag. Im following your thread closely, because im on my first grow, and I also got AKR's. Im about almost exactly a month behind you, im on day 5 out of the ground. Here are some pics, im basically gonna use your grow as a mold of what to expect I guess. Thanks man! Other then that small prob, they look awesome bro!View attachment 72820 View attachment 72822View attachment 72821
i was very close to ordering some calmag. i think i still will if the epsom salt dosn't help her,
good news today tho as i'v looked at the girls around an hour ago and the new feed i have fed has rapidly turned my leaves a darker shade of green , the bio grow i was using wasn't cutting it with the AKR's. good luck with yours my man!
i'll upload the pics tommorw as they still not thirsty enough yet

thanks man! i cant wait to see how your nugz turn out when all is said and done with, ill def be tuned in!

Heres what i mean about them showing a nicer shade of green, after only 1 feed and with next water tommorow with the mg feed and this magic feed , fingers crossed.

i thought i was trippin at first but they really do look better, this stuff works wonders. i first grew weed in 2007 , big buddha's cheese it was and i used nothing on the 4 plants back then apart from this stuff called baby bio, no bloom nutes nothing else. and to this day it's the biggest yeilding best grow i'v had to date... i'v just been trying different branded names since then and nothing comes close!

glad to see they are greening up for ya :peace:

and that is one monster plant bro

Looking excellent mate, i will say one thing which some may dissagree with, but thats views, any auto is a ruderalis, you can not take cutting, up the light to veg and grow again and reflower, this is because a auto goes straight from seedling, to prefolwer then flower, it has no veg state, i know they grow but this is still seedling, straight into flower, so for autos. unlike photos that have a 4-10wk seedling/veg/preflower stage, a MH light is not really needed as these are for veg growth, which a auto does not do this stage for more than a week, as they go straight from seedling to flower i have found a good hps with 70000+ lumens gives the best results, i growboth autos and photos, the photos have a MH bulb for up to 10 wks to pre flower then i switch to HPS, but i found doing this with autos yielded slightley less, not much but enough as when the plant needed flower light from wk 3 or so it was getting grow light bands, i found just using HPS on autos from the start has given me better healthier plants and higher yield. but every set up and every person does it diff, but i know as autos technically have no real veg period a MH is really not needed!!

happy growing!!

thanks guys, madmable i hear you mate, this is my second auto grow and the first time i grew with hps from the start. So i'm just experimenting right now.

i do think people will disagree tho as i think starting any seedling under the halide as apose to a hps is much more benificial. i know they have no veg stage but keeping the vegative lights along with grow nutes going for up to 5-6 weeks will allow you to get the maximum size out of your auto's as possible and both of mine now are bigger than all my first auto's so it seems to be working. check this thread out man... https://www.autoflower.org/f44/life-cycle-auto-flowering-cannabis-5113.html

@ 1 month and 6 days.

Heres some snaps from earlier today, still cant believe how my other nutes has dramatically changed my plants after 1 feed. They even look too heavy on the N now which is why i will be switching to hps and building up to bloom nutes in the next week.

took the pics this morning after feeding 1/4 tsp per litre of epsom salts and more magic grow.

stoked at how the big girl is coming on :jump: , first 3 pics are of her, (21 inch tall)

hoping the mg and new feed can combine to help the small one speed back up , other 2 pics are her. she 16 inch tall...
