New Grower Advice Needed

This is my new 1 week old Girl Scout Cookies that I germinated in coco under a clear plastic cup in front of the window until it had leaves open and pointing upward.

I then place 3 pipe cleaners, to keep the paper towel off the plant, for 3 days to harden it off in the tent.

Today is day 2 of the paper towel and I found this!

This also has happened with seedlings that are still outside the tent.

Help!!! Can it be that it has become top heavy?

kinda hard to tell from the pics.so you put seedling in the tent and put a sheet of paper ontop,so it dosnt get any light ?

Yes, but it does get filtered light thru the paper towel.

It looks as if the stalk has just collapsed about 1/4" below the leaves.

a plant normally looks toward the sun or the light.maybe it dont know which way is up now ?

Cant really see exactly whats going on from the pics mate, but it looks the stems broke/bent over nearly double?
Has it dried out?
Or as archie mentioned- weirdly started growing the wrong way?
Theres no need to put the tissue over the seedlings dude i can see your logic- but you can just raise the lights to lower intensity instead of trying to filter it.

Maybe the plant can sense the stronger light towards the sides of the canopy youve createdand tried to grow that way- but being so young the stem couldnt support it yet

Well, in the last pic I used a pipe cleaner to support the top that was completely doubled over. Meaning the very top was hanging straight down. Not really pointing at anything but the coco it is planted in. There is a slightly brown/tan colored spot where the stem fell over and the stem is a little smaller in diameter at that spot.

is the pipe cleaner now holding its head up ?
if it has a pretty long stem,that can be a sign of not enough light.could build up a lil soil around its base,so its not as top heavy.
