New Grower Adding Microbes to yoyr grow

I have 2 questions I hope can be accurately answered here. I use coir, perlite and generous vermicast.
Does vermicast(worm castings) have the good bacteria?
If so would Canna A + B nutes kill the bacteria?

@ dingo bro I can't answer that ....I know they have there own greatness like pumice and I basiccly fed the stump tea and to keep them alive molasses ....I thought these were an better one but this pertains to certain plants...
