DIY Adding an HPS,possible cab changes?

Good to see ya putting so much thought into this....I've been at this several years and I am still changing things....I had to make some choices too when I went from a large separate grow room to a small enclosed tent....there will always be somethig you'll add as time goes by to improve things....if it's almost winter there....ya must not be close to me since it's fixin to be summer here....
I'd do a 400w...I went with 2 (open) 150w hps and the heat was hard to handle....a 400w cool tube is perfect as long as ya ventilation can be adjusted to handle things...
Let us know how ya grow goes....green karma sent...

Played around with some ducting and made a prototype of the cooltube.
Obviously, much will change once the light arrives, proper gaskets and steel clamps will replace insulation tape,220v fans replace 12v.
Going to chop a lightframe i made to a 50 x 50 abd lace a proper scrog screen.
Plastic is the stadium vscrog test

right,400w order has been confirmed,collecting on sunday...HOWEVER :)
I also have picked up a TD800/200 inline fan for R500($60)
Basically paying R850 ($102) for a 400w ballast+fitting,reflector,td800 fan and a few metres of 200mm ducting
So yes,i will have heat issues from the 400w,will try the diy cooltube, but if all else fails, all will be solved with the td800 and some clever ducting work.

"i love it when a plan comes together"

Well,here we are.
400w HPS has been installed
decided to do a DIY reflector, dont think i did too badly.
Still playing with fan placement,so the cabling is still a bit dodgy,as are the fan mountings...but here it is
