OK, I have to give credit where its due, especially when it comes to customer service! I called Autopotusa and got ahold of "Ricky" and not only did he take good care of my special order needs, he gave me a rundown of the system and the dos and donts off their website. He says he would rather talk one on one to folks and he believes that it makes people better growers with a bit of customer interaction! GREAT customer service and a good dude! I had to order spare parts and they dont show shipping with where I live, so I got on line, made a list and he chatted me up for a 1/2 hour on the system and tips!

I come to you guys with a question. I'm getting a white film or growth of some kind on the coco top layer as it dries after watering. It's not nutrient residue but I don't know if it's a harmful powdery mildew that can later infect my buds. I also believe there is good stuff like this that the microbes and bacteria in the soil make . I'm hoping since I'm packing in the voodoo and piranha it may be what it is just hoping it's not something harmful. I've never had a mold or mildew problem before .
