New Grower A Nothern light

Ok so the tent ended up being too large for the area I have available so had to make some adjustments. The new space is a 13"×13"×48" grow area with all the same equipment. The other change is its now in a 1 gallon pot not a 3 gallon. I was worried about transplanting but had to make it fit. The seedling popped up but has not spread out yet hopefully by tomorrow.

Ok so my seedlings before this opened up better and without the discolored leaf. Is this normal or stress from transplanting?

Don't worry about funky looking pod buster leaves on baby plants. They are not "sick" or "mutants". They will shrug off the weirdness as they grow and become "normal" looking. They don't need nutrients at this stage either!

I dont plan on any nutrients for 3 weeks. Do I watch the plant for when too start or just start on a weak amount and see how it does?

I would start just feeding light amounts before it shows signs. That's at least what I'm trying next time. For me and my soil at 3 weeks it usually starts showing signs of needing nitrogen

The above pictures are day 14 I think my only concern right now is the way the leafs are twisting. What do you think

In the words of Charlie Papazan (father of modern home brewing)

Relax and have a homebrew.

I don't have enough experience or education to definitively say but my first impression scrolling down was wow you did a good job recovering the sort of sickly sprout.
