This is very confusing for me. This is what I’ve gotten topping at the 4th between 14 and 21 days…
Your second plant looks fine for what you are working with. This is the most recent one I topped at the 4th. Only difference was when I did it. On this one I waited til the plant was bigger. Throwing pistils and starting to stretch. Still not gonna be a big producer but better than my previous ones in 1 liter pots
*this was actually topped at the 5th. I cut the bottom branches off.

Man I thought after a year I was slowly starting to figure things out but I can see that I've got a long way to go. That's a sick setup and truly impressive. I'm stoked that I found this forum so I can pick your guys brainsno I grow in rock wool 6 inch cubes.

Gotcha. I feel like I’ve gotten a pretty good grasp, other than a watering issue in my second most recent grow I haven’t had many issues. My plants all get bigger each time and I have a plant going now I think I may get 75+ grams off of when all is said and done. No that’s not a lot compared to some that you vets grow but for me that’s a huge win.Your second plant looks fine for what you are working with.
So first off my 6 inch cube is nearly a gallon or 3.5 liters. Second Hydroponics will grow a bigger plant than soil. I grew a 7+ foot Ace Seeds Panama Red Photo in one 6 inch cube. we are talking apples and oranges here.
Defoliating is fine. I do it to all of my plants. I clear all the top and upper leaves from the start of flower and the farther into flower they get the more leaves I take off.So I see that your previous grow looked like you had done some defoliation. Was this done after the plant was finished? I'm really tempted to clear out some foliage but I don't want to stunt her in the process
I only defoliate in late flower underneath for airflow. Oh yes the girls get all prettied up for their harvest pictures. No body needs to see the dingle-berriesSo I see that your previous grow looked like you had done some defoliation. Was this done after the plant was finished?
