I have 2 400w lights in a single cool tube. I have been gauging weather or not this setup is worth it. I'm using a 4x4 grow tent, carbon filter, 530cfm fan, and dual hps on 12/12.
I did not really notice much of a difference between my previous grows (400 watt HPS only) and my recent grow dual 400 hps 2100k and 2700k.
strain: I named it 'Sicc pigg" its a cross between GDP and another unknown perp
PROS:
lots of light
can use HPS and MH bulbs at the same time
deeper light penetration
CONS:
lots of heat
watering more frequently
having to pay closer attention more frequently to conditions in the tent
power bill went up about 20$ with both lights on,
any input on this?
