Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish (NOT GLASS) with about 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Place trout in the prepared baking dish and coat with olive oil. Season the inside and outside of fish with dill, thyme, and salt. Stuff each fish with onion slices; grind pepper over the top. Place lemon slices on each fish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes; add 2 TBLS HOT water to dish. Continue baking until fish flake easily with a fork, about 10 minutes more.
Note: Some people do not like the taste of certain herbs. Parsley is always a good choice to stuff the trout instead of the dill and thyme. Carboxalized ganja can be added as well.

These buds are massive. Hardly any pop corn buds. Low Stress training works...proof is the large colas. Doing the @Rhyce Saroni chop by keeping a good portion of the stem to guage the dryness. The buds look like nice "Canna Chops".
They are drying in the armoire with an oscillating fan gently keeping the air in motion. Five to seven days on the grates; then paper bag drying and then glass jar cure.
