All soils strains you could walk away with a nice harvest. What else are you planting?
Well, lets see. Besides what's the Pots already:
Dinafem: haze 2.0 X1
Vision Seeds: Amnesia Haze X2
World of seeds: Northern Lights x Big Bud X4
World of seeds: Afghan Kush Ryder X2
World of seeds: Wild Thailand Ryder X2
Soul Breeders: White Widow X2
Vision seeds: Northern Lights BB x4
Critical Jack: Dinafem x4
Sweet Seeds: Dark Devil x2

Hoping for 3Z from 1st four

From what I've just learned during this grow, with temps almost always over 100 F and up to 118 F lol, the plants will indeed grow. Unfortunately they grow extremely slowly and stunted. I also suspect yield has taken a huge reduction. So, 91 won't kill them, even as seedlings, but a little ac could prove worth its weight in herb hehe :)
Gotcha, it was running about 86 today and supposed to be cooler tomorrow, if we get another stretch of weather in the 80's im going to put the AC in for sure.

New Pics

The first pics I put on they were a bit younger than what I had said. I had the day we planted instead of the day the popped up. Anyways, Here they are today. Critical Jack is 7 days old, Dark Devil 5 days , Northern Lights 5 days , Pineapple Express 10 days. Thinking ill start 1\2 nutes on day 14. Would I want to give them a good soaking the first time I give them nutes ? Do these plants look good, they look good to me but I don't have anything to go by (never done before)

White Spots

I have started 2 of these on 1/4 nutrients and now I have some small white spots on the leaves. we are having a heat wave so its but pretty warm up there (mid to upper 80's). Thought we could get through hot spell but broke down and put the ac in the window and have it down to 76 degrees. the soil was 85-87 degrees. Can anyone tell me what these white spots are ?

Is it possible that you got some water/nutes on those leaves when you fed them?
Cause it looks like those spots are light burn.....I made this mistake too early in my grow. If a droplet of water gets on a leaf and the lights are on....that water droplet will act like a magnifying glass and burn the leaf. The other leaves look fine...so I have a strong suspicion ...that is what happened.

Also when the plants are small....water away from the main stem - outer edge of the pot only. You will avoid stem rot - and def wait til the pot feels light and the soil is dry up to the 2nd knuckle on your index finger....it allows the roots to stretch for water. Big roots = Big plants.

thanks so much for the reply. my wife thinks she did get some water on it. Is this detrimental to the whole plant or will it be okay ?

The plant will be perfectly fine....Im pretty sure those spots will always be there.
Every mistake is a good learning experience......Also,
During the veg stage is def good to do a foliage spay with some light nutes ( I use superthirive) but you will want to pull the plants away from the lights - and put a fan on them till they are dry enough to put back under the lights.

Your grow is off to a great start. The people of AFN will give you all the info they can to keep you on the right track. Good luck with your grow. Can't wait to see how they are doing in a few weeks. Just stay positive and you will do fine.

Thanks for the feedback. That's why I started the blog, figured when something was wrong it would be good to have some educated people around. Thanks to all in AFN, good site for beginners for sure.
