SHRED, are you planning on doing any training or you just going to let them do their thing? Some ponytailing will really make that side growth explode, especially with the dense canopy you will have. Those HB's alone are some monsters. Looking great bro

I've been reading you only do it for about 3 or 4 times total?
I was thinking if I ponytail all of these, even though it's crowded, I could essential essentially create a SCROG effect without a screen?

8 hours a day for 4 days is good..Apply, release,repeat.

My lights go off at 1pm till 5 pm so I'll get up early tomorrow at 5 am and start the process for a few days.

Oh crap...What stress signs do they exhibit?
It seems to me that the ponytail technique is less stressful to the plant than bending but I don't know.

some girls like the abuse, some don't. These are mild stresses and most plants don't trip out on you. Just watch and they'll tell you.
