Indoor 3rd Times the Charm, right...?

I ended up letting them go another couple of days just to see what kind of progress they can make. Mo didnt make a lot of changes but the Tangie made some more progress to cloudy.

Day 73 - Mophisto
I let her go another 3 or so days past when i was going to harvest. No major changes in the trichs, still a mixed bag of clear/cloudy/amber. I did see some trichomes on the sugar leaves that looked like they were starting to loose the bulb at the top of the trich which is an indicator of going beyond ripe. Chopped and brown bagged lastnight. Easy trim with only one main cola and 2 small off shoot branches. Buds are nice and tight so hopfully i have enough for a good taste and to share. The root ball was nice and full of thin roots that took up the entire cup. Ill reuse this setup and run another solo along side my next grow. Too fun not to try again.

Day 82 - Tangie
Started the 48hrs of darkness before i harvest. Trichomes are all more noticably cloudy/milky white with an amber here or there. I figure the dark period will give her a chance to drain the rest of the big fan leaves and use up the last bit of water she may have been hiding in the root mass.

Just patiently waiting for drying so i can patiently wait for jar cure.... This part of the grow is really tough for me because its hand free and i get twitchy not peaking in the tent.

I got tired of wet trimming so i hung a bunch to dry. I guess ill get a little cure comparrison. I checked today and no signs of mold so i closed the tent back up. It was hovering around 55%-60% with the mini dehumidifier, extractor fan and the small fans on moving air around. Ill check on them tonight and shake the bags around so the buds dont bunch up.

Cleaning up a bit. Pulled the root ball, it was looking good. Nice tap root and webbing of roots. I have been reusing my soil and just adding more to fill the 5 gal (19L) pot. Ill be testing out some new beans for my next grow so ill use new soil.

Nice job man! They all look great.

Thanks man! Im pretty pumped for this grow and feel like i made some progress towards the future. As always, looking forward to the next grow.

Don't forget to update with the final dry weights for them!

First and foremost i have to give props to @Mañ'O'Green because without his dedication and willingness to share knowledge, i may have continued to struggle growing. He replied to another growers thread about the recommended pH for peat based mediums (6.2/6.3). That set me on the right path for greater success. Thank you Sir!

Im still working on my curing process. RH was kind of all over the place with the wacky weather we are having and i feel like the buds dried faster than i would have liked. I tossed everything into jars today and the rh range from 64%-72% so ill still have to keep an eye on them. Packing the buds away it felt like the buds that i hang dried were stickier but maybe thats just me.

All in all, i got a little over 10g from my first and def not the last adventure with a solo cup grow and 148g of decently dense buds and another 20g+ of trim and larfy buds that will go to edibles. I still cant really place the smell but its nice and sweet with a hint of citrus. The smell comes through the smoke a bit too but i use a dry herb vap and it does a great job of preserving the flavors. I look foward to giving some to a couple friends to see how they like it.

And with that, its on to the next one. Thank You! to those that took a peak and to those of you that took the time to comment. After a tent cleaning session this weekend Ill be starting up my next grow where ill be trying to do @Blu_tri proud and grow the Nympho Cruella.

You are going to love the Cruella. I’ll be sure to follow. She is fast. I can get her done in 68 days. But I know that depends on the grower. 73 day max. She simply reeks.
