Day 8 girls got first real feed. I put 1 ml/gal cal/mag, 10 ml/gal alpha thrive, 2 ml/gal Buddha grow, and about 10 ml of this stuff a buddy gave me called soil activator. It's organic and is supposed to regulate ph, has a little zinc and magnesium in it. It's main claim is to help make nutrients in the soil more available. I checked the pH and it was right at 7.0 so I didn't have to adjust it. The girls were kind of laying flat before the feed and now they are reaching for the light. Each gal got about a pint of solution.
Oh and I had also put a little coconut sap in the water to give bacteria some food to multiply.
Last grow I would water the entire pot every time I watered from the beginning and that led to over watering in the beginning when the plant wasn't using much water so this time I'm trying to just give the babes what I think they need. Eventually I might be pouring a gallon into each pot but right now 12-16 ounces every other day seems to be working nicely.
Also the dose I gave for feeding is 1/8 the recommended dose for seedlings/small plants on the bottle. I want to feed smaller amounts of nutrients more frequently. Last grow I was watering every 3-5 days and every other watering I would feed about 1/4 strength nutes. This time I want to try to see how far I can push my ladies with the nutes I have. Plan to do feed feed water feed feed water whilst watering every other day.

This is my goal. I'll post the tapering of different nutes as I go along. I'm thinking since I have so much bud from my last grow, I should not have a problem letting these girls go until week 11 but we'll see lol
