You are right Mooons,
Willow bark is what aspirin is made of. Also, you would be interested to know, that it contains something called Auxin. Auxin is used in many cloning gels. This is why peeps might think this would work.
However. The only thing I know, is back in the day, mom's used to put a broken up aspirin in cut flowers to keep them fresh longer. this would make sense, just like a clone being prepped for the rock wool.
