Nice Harvest everything looks good. We all have our methods on drying and it kind of has to do with our environment and our temperament and how we grow.

I personally get really upset if I don't have enough buds to do my curing in a three and a half gallon bucket. So I like to hang my buds up by the branch half trimmed like you did and leave them hang in my environment five days. Then I remove them from the stems and they go into my bucket and that's where I try to get them down to a stable 62%. After that I'll put them in jars and just open them and check them once in a while they finish the Cure in the jars.

I found that I don't really have that grassy smell following this procedure my buds are usually dry enough to where the humidity will be below 70% the first time I check them.

I got sacred for the curing process as I have to leave my house for 2 to 3 days at a time, and I never really know when. So I invested in a 00 cure box, so all I do is moisten up the sponges on the inside to adjust the humidity, or replace them with Bovedas.
It's a big investment, but if you can't burp your jars it's worthy as loosing my harvest to bad curing would have been the worst possible outcome.
