i'm new to autoflower.net and new to growing. i've read a good bit and followed rollitup for a while (have a build journal with current grow there)

but i'm on my first grow for my wife's medicine. she's got fibromyalgia, i get sore from rubbing on her knotted muscles...

3 autos in a metal sandusky cabinet 3' wide by 18" deep with about 4 1/2' of head room. growing under a 180w blackstar high output led light with a cfl in each lower corner to act as under light to help lower buds

here is where plants are now:
1st two pics are white russian, 3rd and 4th are easy ryder germed at same time but didn't pop for days after, last pic is my 2nd easy ryder germed recently while i was waiting on 1st easy ryder to pop.

checked my other thread, White russian broke surface on October 20th 2011. Easy ryder that germinated at same time but didn't pop till Oct. 28th plant is dubbed "rudy" :) lil seed that wouldn't give up
third plant (smallest) is my 2nd easy ryder broke surface on Nov 1st 2011.

also both my easy ryder seedlings had 4 leaves right out of the seed? how common is this and is it good or bad sign?

very nice bro! im very interested in that white russian :D ill be following for sure! :buds:

what is your soil mix?

i've got Fox Farms Ocean forest mixed at about 60% to my local shops organic peat and perlite mix at about 40% in 3 gallon smart pots. i had 5 gal but too wide for my cabinet. i've just recently got some dolomite lime delivered too since no one in my area had it and i might work in a sprinkle.

What's up Prez? Welcome! As far as I know -that's not very far- you only have two leaves right out of the seed, the cotyledons. If you got four... I hope the whole rest of the plants double up on you as well!! :wiz: Sounds like a four leaf clover type of thing. Sounds cool.
Good luck with your project!:smokebuds:

Yea that may Be a mutant type deal. Hopefully it keeps going that way. I've personally never had 4 leaves from seed. Just the 2 spear heads then the next set of two on top. Pretty cool I'll be checking this grow out for sure. Looking good man

any shock on the smaller two (easy ryders) from recently removing the remains of their seedling cups from the soil around them seems to have passed the growth is definately picking up. i just don't think they will ever catch my white russian which is kicking some butt, and exploding with vegetation! if this thing flowers like its filling out now i'll be a happy camper!

only really fed the white russian, it got 420ppm of fox farms grow big but 37ppm of that was cal-mag and just about 3 drops of fox farms big bloom,

"Rudy" got about the same mix but at only 87ppm so almost nothing

i wish my plant had that extra leaf mutation i've seen some with three cotyledons instead of two and they keep making 3 leaf sets mine were just odd balls that had full formed leaves when they broke out of the shell... i'll post pics of both to show what i mean

think my easy ryders would need some crazy 4 leaf set type action to keep up with my white russian but it just must be something with this batch of seeds i got. people on another forum said it happens from time to time and the plants tend to be good yeilders when it does so i hope that applies to mine :)
