yeh i was going to just to see what happends she should be dry enougth between tomorrow morning and tomorrow night so depending when i will start the dark period i want to start the harvest on sunday for the dark period what are the do and donts? temps and humidity i meen? im realy excited my first every harvest she could probs go an other week or so be i dont think she will gain much because of all the probs ive had and she smells quite alot now so wana get her out and give the mi5 more light as thats doing very well

does anyone know if you have to keep a certain temp and humidity for the dark hours before harvest ?

same temp is fine, the lowest humidity, should be in the 45% to 55% rh range. take a before and after pic! because the consensus on the dark period is split about 50/50 on weather it works or not!! after dark period one day drying for every 10% of humidity, so if humidity is at 60% six days of drying, then brown bag 12 to 24 hrs then jars....etc, etc, :booya:cant wait to see your bud porn!!:smokebuds:

Hey si, hope harvest is going good. Just a quick tip for curing the p.k. I cut down off a branch that was going to break on mine and just trimmed it and left it. The smoke was good but no taste or smell. When I cut the entire plant down I took off the main fan leaves and let it hang for 3days before trimming and the grape smell and taste stayed with the buds. I now have changed my harvest method to... Chop, hang for 3 days, then trim. Although trimming right away when the plant gets cut is easier, it does not leave the smell. Just a quick tip if you weren't already doing that. Can't wait to see harvest pics. I will get mine up today

sounds cool and i took a small sample bud of her last week from the bottom i checked the trichomes they were cloudy. So i dried it out didnt cure it then i smoked it last night :smoke: had a slight fruity taste not alot and i was as mellow as ive been in a long time so i carnt wait to cure the whole pk its going to be lush. Looking forward to seeing your pics :thumbs::thumbs:

Harvest day

So my pk finaly came to her harvest and wow the colours and smell is wicked im realy pleased for my first attempt at growing. I gave her 30hrs of darkness and it realy did make a diferance she looked atlot more frosty tried taking pics but my cam isnt good enougth to capture the trueness. I also got a little carried away cutting stems and buds and hacked my main colas buds of her whoops bud i will remember next time to leave them i will update with dry yeild (wont be alot) in 6days ive got my drying box to 55%rh altho its gone up to 63%rh but ill see how it goes heres some pics enjoy
