New Grower 1st Grow. NL auto day 8 from breaking soil.

Updated pictures. Day 69 from breaking soil, this ones been a long one lol. Switched to RO water ph’d to 6.4 every time I water, been feeding 1.5 liters of water every 2 days mixed with 2mls of big bloom, 1ml of tigerbloom and 1.5 mls of calmag, just ph’d water every other feeding. Starting to frost up a bit and the pistils are shooting up. Not sure how much longer, I’m just letting her do her thing. Does anyone think I should defoliate at this point? I’m unsure on how or when to do it lol.

Here’s day 75. Haven’t changed much, I start giving slightly more nutrients when I feed, I clipped off a decent amount of leafs but I’ll probably continue to do that as needed. I tied down some of the branches that weren’t getting much light and they’ve seemed to have grown out from under the plant and up towards the light. A couple branches have evened theirselves out at the same height as the top of the plant. Other than that, it’s just taking ages to finish up lol. Any guesses to how much longer this one will take based off the pictures?

Here’s an update on the Northern lights Auto from GCS. Day 97 now, looking better and better each day. Seems like the main branch of the plant flowered wayy sooner than the other branches I feel like they’re just now starting to flower? Idk if that’ll mean complications later on towards the end or not. She may have just started going back into the veg phase there for a sec, still learning so I’m not entirely sure what’s going on. 2.5 ml of big bloom and 2.5 mls of tiger bloom per gallon, feeding a 1/2 gallon every 2 days PhD at 6.5 everytime, and the runoff is always around the same 6.5 or 6.4. Anywho, just ordered a 3 pack of Mephisto Forgotten cookies off of Hella dank seed Co, and 1 of my air pots came in the mail a few days ago. Definitely excited for the next grow.

These came in the mail today! Has anyone grown forgotten cookies from Mephisto? Been dying to try out their genetics, seems like every Mephisto plant I’ve seen turns out super dank and on time as well. Got 3 pretty cool stickers too from HDSC. My next grow I’ll be doing 2 of these forgotten cookies in 3 gallon air pots under my 2 300w LEDS. Probably a mixture of fox farms happy frog soil with something else mixed in it, preferably something simple I’m open to ideas.

I need some help, I know this girl is nearing the end of her life being as its already day 109 and shes also starting to look almost done. My question is, when should I start flushing ? And how? I’m in a 3 Gallon clay pot with only one decent size drain hole in the bottom. Any help is appreciated ✌

Here’s some pictures of the Trichs, best I can do for now until I get something with stronger magnification. This is a 5 dollar iphone attachment I got at the dollar store. I think I can make out a little bit of amber trichs. I planned to give this plant like another 10 days probably. Also, if you see any dog hair I apologize, I have 3 huskies and they’re all blowing their winter coats out and it’s super hard not to get hair in there lol

Here is day 114. I’ll be chopping her down on Saturday day 117. Fed her just plain PhD water her last 2 waterings and tomorrow after work I’ll be making an attempt to flush her, I say attempt because basically I’m just gonna pour 3 gallons of PhD water in her until the water stops running lol. Hopefully it’ll be sufficient and hopefully it’s enough to do the trick, if I’m not satisfied I’ll just flush again and wait until day 120 to harvest. Did a lot of defoliation, and snipped a few super small branches that wouldn’t amount to anything anyway in the past 2 weeks in an attempt to fatten up the buds. It seems to have worked pretty well, and overall for my first plant I’m satisfied with the turn out, the plant smells amazing, the nugs are frosty and fairly dense I know that if I didn’t complete torture this plant the yield could’ve been tremendously better. I’d say the smoke will be fairly potent, I’m hoping for 14 grams maybe, I’ll settle for 10 lol. Lmk how much you guys think she will yield ? I’ll post some more pictures Saturday of the harvest and trimming, I’ll be putting the buds in brown paper bags for 4 or 5 days until the stems snap the way I want lol. Then I’ll go into the mason jar for the rest of the time being.

Gave her the chop tonight at day 118 trimmed up pretty decent I think. It was pre sticky didn’t get much scissor hash just a chunk to throw on top of a bowl. Had fun dabbing and harvesting my first plant, there was so many set backs with this one and numerous times where I got so frustrated I almost tore her up lol. Glad I didn’t though, turned out to be a decent plant. Got 21 Gs wet of trim, idk what the dry will be. And 107gs wet of frosty sticky nugs, some of it was pop corn nugs but it’s all good. Sorry for so many pictures, it’s been a fun but stressful one. I put all the buds in brown paper bags folded 3 times with a little space left, I just put a layer of buds in each and threw them in my tent along with my Forgotten cookies, do you all think it will be okay that way? I’m gonna be checking the buds once a day to see how dry they’re getting, testing the stems out. Once they snap how I want them to I’ll throw them in mason jars for another week or so. I don’t have a humidity or temperature monitor so I’m sorta just winging it like usual, all the bags are layered pretty much the same. I’ve got 7 brown baggies of nugs. Any input on this would be appreciated. I have a new grow journal up for a forgotten Cookies from Mephisto in a 3 gal Air-Pot on day 10, just transferred her. I feel a lot more confident going into this one. Thanks guys ✌
