Immediate solution is my one, incense sticks, have them constantly going off near the door to your place. That way IF anyone questions the pong you have a perfectly reasonable excuse as I have around 40 different smells to choose from so there's always a "strange" smell as you walk into my place. Plus I put an automatic air freshener on the stairwell outside my place to combat the niff that can come from the cellar of this small apartment block, so there's a dual use there too. It's easy to mask things, especially when you make sure outside doors are "draught proofed" which keeps the smell in as well as saving heating costs thanks to not having heat just blowing out under the door. All VERY cheap solutions, all worth a try before you pull the trigger on the expense of a tent/fan/filter/etc costs.
As far as getting stinky so early, it's nothing unusual in my experience, and sometimes the smell will actually subside when she hits flowering.
