Would this be OK for seedlings under a 240wt full spectrum LED? I could eliminate the nursery pc case reducing heat in the room and also giving me a few more amp's to run 13w cfl's, in the LED cab, for side lighting.

Thanks in advance:peace:

I like to give my seedlings as much light as they can suck up. 24/0 till about the third week, when they're well established and are strong and have some nice structure. :2cents:

24/0 is what I'd like to do, but I'm trying to keep everything in one room and 24/0 would give flower girl a little light when she needs to be sleeping! The led cab is sealed for the most part, but I left a few hidden seams open for passive intake. Test running five 13watter's now (along with led) to see where my temps go. I could probably bring the pc in the house and hide it somewhere, but a 6 and 8 year old catch on to stuff pretty quick, so may not. Mancave stays locked with a combo lock (because of guns hehe) and I alone go in there.

i have went with 18/6 since the start of my grow and it seems to be doing ok but next grow i think im going to go with 20/4 just to see if it make much of a difference

I'll have to research tomorrow, but I thought I read somewhere that they take in what the need after lights out. May have been stoned though.

My temps have reached 91*F w/ the 5 cfl's so I crack a window and adjusted my thermostat for that room to 70 to keep everything in check during lights out. Heading to work now and I'm already curious to see what my reading are when I get home tomorrow morn!!!
