Check the underside of the leaves. Spots that look like that can sometimes suggest damage from pests.

May be something else but it's easy to check that for a start.

:toke: Looks like Ca defc. to me,... that spotting following along the mid-rib is a common pattern... Odd that you have this so early on, with that soil... have you fed yet? Which specific product are you using if so? What's the water source?

I premixed with Nutes let soil sit for 40 days. Used light Warrior for center of pot for seed started about 16 Oz cup
Water Source. Tap Ph to 6.5
5 Gallons of soil

Kelp Meal. 2 TBSP

..your tap water, is it hard/high ppm? There should be plenty of Ca available with that 'shell in there, faster release than dolomite...
This was ll blended into the soil first? I think an in-pot pH check is warranted, no matter what the nute source is pH can and does drift out of range on occasion... I'd not recommend any sort of run-off testing in this case, so only option is a soil pH probe. The Accurate 8 is a nice unit for the $, mine has served well for years now...
Meantime, you can try a foliar spray of a dilute Ca-Mg product, with kelp (good pairing, cover more nutes)... use a wetting agent or castile soap to help it coat and stick better, spray tops and bottoms of leaves (more stomata there)... test the soap/agent solution by itself first, you want just enough in there to make it not bead up much if at all,... 1/2tsp/L to start...
