Indoor 120w of QB’s 120v2 enough to veg a 2x4?

I got my 4 120’s turned all the way down from 240w so half power, do to heat in my basement. Is this enough? I got ac in my flower room so I’m good on that front at least lol.

15w per square foot seems low to me ? Guess I could drop the QBs pretty low after a week at that intensity. If not for this heat wave I’d crank them up & raise the light. These plants are still small 2-4 inches so I’ll probably crank it up some next week when the temps are in mid 80’s instead of mid 90’+ . Pretty much talking to my self at this point, but I think we figured it out ? Lol thanks for the advice! At least on RIU someone will acknowledge you by calling you a dumbass or something , that’s better than Nothing. They at least usually offer advice than call you a dumbass again ! I’m not a member but do read about quantum boards there because there’s more information or I’d ask their.

Figure 25 to 30 watts per square foot for flowering, less needed for veg...I'd probably spool it up some, but no need to crank it yet if its causing heat issues.

Thanks for responding yeah I know less for veg but how much 1/2 - 3/4 ? Regardless it’s experimenting time !

Yeah I think that means how much light the plants needs a day ? Daily light intake? Yah , that was the question for veg In a 2x4. Sorry if it wasn’t apparent enough for you . All my search #’s varied by light and they don’t mention veg watts worth a shit ? They just give full blast specks.
