New Grower 12/12 to 20/4, non-auto autoflower question

My cat bit one of my plants when it was very small, it started to grow two main colas and turned into beast.
So this plant grew and grew and was pretty big and i saw that it doesn't auto, i switched it to 12/12. Can i now switch it back to 20/4 or no? It was Short Stuff seeds "Onyx".
Maybe someone knows what can i do?
And one more question - does cannabis plants stretch in flowering period?

If it's A true auto you should be able to go to 20/4.Is it showing flowers?And yesthey do stretch a lot when they start ther flowering stage.

how old is your plant? and as Namvet said if its true auto it can have any change from 18/6 20/4 or even 24/0 if its not shown sex in the first 2-6 weeks it proberly isnt an auto just my i may be wrong Si

i can't tell how old it is anymore i saw pre-flowers in that 2-6 weeks time, i'am sure about that, does photoperiod plants show pre-flowers that early?

and one more question is there any possibility to tell if it's flowering further when i take it off 12/12 ? because 12/12 for an auto will be disaster...

If you had to switch it to 12/12 to get it to flower, then it's not an auto flowering plant. Leave it under 12/12 or it may stop flowering and revert back to vegetative growth.
