100% Organic Grow.

That looks more like a phosphorus deficiency with maybe a little potassium too. If it were cal/mag you would be seeing small, round, rust colored spots all over the leaf. They start like pin holes and get bigger and darker as they go. I haven't read your whole thread but I see you are using teas, so it should be easy for you to up your P and K. But before doing so I would make sure there isn't a nutrient lockout going on. What is the pH of your soil?

I saw you talking aboutPH and organics and how GH wouldnt kill your Bennies?I always thought the opposite since the rev says it kills or pisses em off..?.. I have general Hydroponics PH up n down.should I get a more friendly PH up n down like earth juice and start PH'ing my intake water?Ioften wondered about that.

Hey ThanksMuddy. I just grabbed my tea stuff n im gonna test the run of n PH down till i get a good run off n brew low N( i just hit her not long ago)and up the P n K.Thanks forswinging by Muddy,I appreciate it.:pass:

Hey Muddy. Thanks for swingin by buddy. Iwas told(since thisis a first for me) its a water only system and tonotPH it.so I dont really know.my tapusually runs about 8.

It's a water only system if you have the right soil mixture, at the right pH, that contains all the necessary nutrients, that is being fed with pH balanced water. Unless you know the pH of your soil you're just guessing. Say your soil pH is 7 and you're feeding water at 8. Your actual soil pH is going to be around 7.5. I suspect yours is low. You can see on the charts that you start to lose P and K once your below 6. At that level you have a situation where the plant is unable to take up the nutrients properly. I don't think you're that far off but obviously enough that it appears to be causing a lockout. But unless you get a soil pH reading you can't know for sure. Upping your nutrient strength could make the problem worse. I highly recommend that you invest in a Control Wizard Accurate 8 soil probe. You can find them on the web for around $50. Well worth it.

Your plants don't look too bad yet. I think there is time for you to order the probe before taking any drastic action on your plants. See where your pH is and go from there.

What I said was that I talked to the techs at GO and questioned them about it. They said that their products can kill beneficial microbes at very high concentrations, well beyond what most of us need to balance our pH. Certainly, if you have the opportunity to buy something that is more myco friendly, all the better.

Ok thanks.Iused the revs 2.1 master soil and he swears its a water only system and I followed the directions to the letter.thats the second soil of his thats completley failed.wellone failed and this one just lacks obviously.thanks again.ill get a quality probe. The control wizard, imma goad it to a cart somewhere right now.LOL! sweet.ill get the earth juice too. Thanks again buddy you rock man!be well Muddy.:pighug: :pass:

Well again the Revs soil is some seriously crappy stuff.I use water thats 100% filtered for some time.teas with tap water.its so sensetive it dropped my PH to 5.8-5.9.so Im slowly working on it.got my probe inbound sometime later ths week i hope.used a light foliar spray to slow the spread ofit and it seems to help a little.but until I get a few products in,Im kinda stuck'ish.but,oh well.:tiphat:

On an awesome note,I did order a 3 pack of HSO's BlueDream Auto.I just hope I get em.LOL!

Hey brother, sorry to hear that you are having some nut defs with your plant/s. I went through it big time with my first indoor photo grow this winter with a bunch of photos , and going through it some what with my current indoor run with the girls flowering.

I asked Muddy to look at my plants with my first run, and he also advised me to purchase a a Control Wizard Accurate 8 soil probe. One of the best $50 I have spent on Canna tools. Any one growing in soil, and IMHO anyone growing with TLO supersoils must have on. Found out my TLO soil PH was high enough that it was causing nute lock out. Started testing soil PH before I watered or gave them a drink with teas. Soil was usually running around 7, and my well water always reads in the mid 7s to 8. I would buffer my water/teas down to 6.1 and ended up with somewhat of a harvest.

This is the same exact mix that I used last outdoor season, with very good results. I will start running a soil less mix inside, and use bottled nutes and/or go DWC.

Keep moving forward my brother!

Peace

Hey brother Stick.Yeah man I was alomst 100% that I had a PH issue.I just needed a more experianced eye er two on it.Atleast I know im slightly off.I ordered one of those nice probes. But i wont have it till mid to late next week.Im running my water through it at a PH of 7.1 and using that lil mathmatecal equasion Ive found that my Soil is at 5.8-5.9 range.Im trying to add water every couple of days and I believe its working.Slowly, yet working all the same.Im very thankful for Muddy to slide on by.that was very awsome. And I knooow he totally knows his stuff. So Im greatful.just been in a really bad way lately cuz of disability claims, trying to tell thewm I cant work.Hell Id love to go get a job,but Im unable.sooo,I continue to go round n round with these chuckle heads.

IUm gonna do an update at some point today.I got two in my garden my dutch Automatic and the two tangelos are really sensetive gals nooo doubt. They all have mild PH issues and the Dutch Auto has some really heavy Light stress goin on.soo Im having to make yet more adjustments. It really would be easy as pie for the most part to deal with all this I just bit off a LOT!Holy crap do I have a looooooot going on atm.LOL!PH,moving inside n out, light stresses.WOW!overwhelming when you dont have any meds.LOL!soon enough though all will be right with the world.Dragonsare doing very very well,Muerto is good.Tall as hell, but LOL!well bro,Thanks for swingin by dude.Pain n bein busy n sometimes overwhelmed has got me all spun up as of late. But its ok.we all learn.andNOW,Im waaaay wiser thanks toyou ,Muddy and many others. And note to self.LMFAO!!Dont be a dick n bite off athousand times what I think I can handle.I aint young anymore.LMFAO!!Be easy dude. And thanks again.:pighug:

Plain water/Cal-mag update

As per usual I dont have enough space for me update pics.WHY?I love pics.LOL!so no less than two per plant always.top profile,as well as a side profile. But garden is doin awesome all things taken into account.Phantom cookies are wavering a bit with the PH being a bit low.But all others are rolling right through in fine style.Plain water and cal-mag were given and Im expecting a good rain storm right now actually.so Im gonna uplaod the rest of my pics, collect more pollen(ill post that later on),shower and i alwready put up some small wind barriers and a couple stays for the plants .so should do fine.worked last year.BEWARE the falling branches.LOL!frigin big ole ones like to fall around here.Ive been shashed in the head a time er two.suuuucks!!well ill post the other pics n ill be back later to check out the pollen extraction Im playing with.seem to work really well for me.well, till then guys n gals.Be well and have a good weekend.:Sharing One:
