A true sog would be allowing each plant only develop one main stem no side branching and then you pack them real close together so you might have 50 60 plants in that space if you were doing a sog.

i really appreciate the way you help me out man, do you think lollipoppin these bad boys in like 2 weeks would be good because i do have 16 in thats 5x5 would it hurt yield or is it better to just let them go wild??

If that BB isn't an auto, it's going to get very large in there!!! (That's a good thing!)
An old school S.o.G. would maybe use a hydro tray system, ebb and flow is prob easiest.
Pack in up to 3 x 3 plants per square foot, or 2 x 2, at least a couple of plants per square foot.
But kind of depends on the strain.
For a 5' x 5' space, could easily have 50-100 plants in there.
To really cram it, prob works best with regular non-auto plants, cloning from a mother in another space.
Take cuttings / clones, root them in maybe a week, then just vege for another week (give or take),
then onto 12/12 to flower. Each plant is just a single bud, maybe 9"-18" tall, 10-30 gram / plant.
