Egzoset's Universal 2-Phase 4-Poles IH WorkCoils Assembly - 16 mm Aperture - PCBoard Placement of Ti TPA3255 (up to 4 chips)
Or...
How much is too much??! ...
Power density ain't a pressing concern anymore, obviously. Each of the 2 chips is rated 300 + 300 Watts if hard-wired for "mono" audio, e.g. possibly the 20 Hz to 48 KHz range since Hi-Fi "Digital Audio" is also covered... Mono only requires 1 "RF Choke" per twin-coils duo (or phase)...
Using a pair of ST Micro TDA7498 chips the total admissible output power should in principle reach up to 400 Watts and yet even leave free PCBoard space for additional/optional electronics, if necessary...
That's about the parts count for a "Half-Bridge" power stage feeding some yet-to-define 3-Phase stepper-like IH WorkLoad, properly compensated by using 3 RC "Snubber" circuits (as an EMi-wise addition).
Actually this present post continues a topic initially illustrated 5 years ago, it's about evaluating available space for more eventual IH WorkCoil components but not only:

It's about straight cylindrical "air-core" selenoïds and their implicit impossibility to "close" the magnetic circuit between 2 ends or poles which in stepper motors are forced to face each other in order to maximize mechanical torque, thanks to flux-concentrating material, etc.
The power of fire! On batteries...

IMHO better wait until we can all read & interpret its actual schematic to properly comment...
Salutations everyone,
Lets start with the bar set high, for example i found this video earlier in the summer:

Good day, have fun!! :peace:
