@Cultivators-Club member who are running the Athena Pro Line in soil/soilless mediums, start low and crank up slowly. Everything Ive seen regarding Athena nutrients when in those medium shoes the plants being burned when young at full strength. All videos and threads discussing the topic that I have come across recommended starting at between 1.0-1.5 EC and then after they are established and hit veg, moving up 0.1-0.2 per week or as you feel comfortable. There aren’t any soil specific instruction but I have seen some amazing plants grown using this product. I was always told as a rule of thumb start between 25%-50% of manufacturer instructions. Most big established plants can take anything you throw at em. Also atrting from seed is a little more delicate in the beginning that clone.
That’s about where you want to be with anything in dwc the first week when roots aren’t even in the water we only add calmag so that we can pH it. Then we go 1/2 strength till about day 20, then around the end of the 3rd week we’ll do a 1/2 drain and then start filling with full strength. Works great pretty much regardless of what salts you’re using if their any good. That’s just plain good general advice when using commercial bulk fertilizer especially with autos.
