Current Shipping Times on all fixtures — 10–14 Days
We’ve made some major improvements on the logistics side over the last few months. Right now, we’re averaging approximately 10–14 days from the time you place your order until delivery, depending on where in the world you’re located.
We do have limited stock of the ProTerp 600W and 800W, so if you’ve been thinking about getting one, now would be a good time.
Our next production run isn’t scheduled until the end of the month. If we sell through the current inventory before then, lead times could temporarily jump back toward the 30–45 day range until.
We can ship pretty much anywhere in the world, and in countries where we’re allowed to handle duties and taxes for you, we do. Most countries allow us to do this, there are only a few exceptions.
Our website is currently set up to accept orders directly from the US, Canada, and EU. If you’re somewhere else, just message me or email our support email and we can get you taken care of. (If the website gives you trouble and you’re in the US, EU, or Canada please let us know.
External Drivers Are Now Standard
Going forward, single-fixture orders will ship with external drivers.
That seems to overwhelmingly be what home growers prefer, so we’re making it the standard configuration.
Internal-driver configurations will still be available, but we’re going to restrict those primarily to 20+ fixture orders, since commercial facilities and larger rooms are really where we see demand for them.
We’re also making a couple other upgrades standard:
All external-driver top lights will now include the driver relocation cables in the box at no additional charge.
That’s roughly $40 in additional value on the 600W and almost $70 on the 800W.
They’ll also begin shipping with 120V adapters included, so there’s no more need to specify whether you’re running 120V or 240V when ordering.
And We Redid the Packaging 
We’ve completely redesigned our packaging as well, and we genuinely believe it’s some of the best protection currently being used in the industry.
Everything is essentially double or triple protected now. We redesigned the internal foam, added substantially better corner protection, and made several other changes to help make sure the fixture that leaves us is the same fixture that shows up at your door.

This is our best work to date. Many thousands of hours of R&D, testing, engineering, spectrum work, prototyping, and manufacturing development have gone into the ProTerp platform, and it shows in the finished product.
