Hey guys me again, I’m on day 38, about 8 days into preflower. I’m just wondering if this is a good time to lollipop the lower buds and little branches that get no light or will it stress her out?

You'll be fine. Day 30 start of preflower and day 47.
No stress no strain.

I appreciate that. It's my first grow incorporating VPD and PAR parameters and I'm pleasantly surprised by the health and vigor I'm seeing daily.

I’ve been doing the VPD myself and see great results with it. Ir temp gun and all. Definitely worth it!
